2. Private download links expire after 24 hours.
3. If a link expires or a file won't open, contact support with your order email, product name and approximate purchase date.

Never send your payment card number, CVV or passwords by email.

Using the files

Products are provided as Excel workbooks; the bundle is delivered as a ZIP file. Microsoft Excel or compatible spreadsheet software may be needed. ROI figures are illustrative estimates based on your inputs.
