Missing or damaged downloads

If your email is missing, your link has expired, or a file is unreadable, contact support@technicade.tech with the product name, checkout email and approximate purchase date. Please check your spam folder first. Do not send card details.

Refund requests

If the files are unavailable, materially different from their description, or unusable, please contact us so we can investigate and offer a replacement, solution, or refund where appropriate. Other refund requests will be considered individually. Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
